At the end of August, I paid a little extra to bring the loan balance below $5000.00. Being this close to being consumer debt free is exciting. Walking a new career path, with my first son, and enjoying my day-to-day life has given me a level of energy that I didn’t know was possible. It truly is because of the Lord Jesus that I have the strength to face every day. I still take time to rest as needed, but I find myself working harder and with an energy I hadn’t had in 16 years. I discussed this transformation in the most recent episode of James & James. My goal is to either pay off or get close to paying off the car loan. I’m focused but not finished.
