At the end of April, I’m still withdrawn, but I am thankful for therapy. I’ve been in therapy for several years now, and I genuinely believe that everyone should try therapy at least once. Find some way to get outside of your own head, or at least get the thoughts out of your head especially if you feel like you’re stuck in an abyss. It is a necessary component of life. Unfortunately, we live in a broken world where hurt people will hurt people. It’s also important to have a spiritual foundation too. An understanding that this life is finite, and in the end our human life will end. So, do we eat drink and be merry, or do we work our lives to death? Either way as humans we know there is a solution and there must be something more than just this life and ourselves. If you struggle in any way whether it is financially, professionally, or personally, I encourage you to keep moving, and in time keep moving forward. We continue to pay down on our mortgage, and I am watching our credit card debt to make sure we do not dig ourselves into a hole we can’t climb out of. Debt is an enemy, and it is a dangerous tool that you can lie yourself into being okay with. I still believe in three paths, the Dave Ramsey way of no debt, extremely low leveraged debt, and self-lending debt. Self-Lending is still to me a God given idea that I will gladly share until the day I die and beyond. Take the same process that financial institutions use and use it on yourself. This month’s video is a meeting between two amazing minds and it’s amazing that two completely different worlds collide. What is beyond debt free?
If you want to learn more about the self-lending principle or if you need a financial check-up, then contact me.
This month’s video is Dave Ramsey | This Past Weekend w/ Theo Von #498 from the Theo Von YouTube channel.
“The LORD will send rain at the proper time from his rich treasury in the heavens and will bless all the work you do. You will lend to many nations, but you will never need to borrow from them.”
